This backpack served me well over three months of interrailing through Europe, any bigger and I sacrifice mobility and invite fatigue! Less capacity = less weight, saving my knees and making sure I can keep up the pace for consecutive 35km days.

It depends, but around 7-7.5kg, depending on how much food an water I will be carrying more than anything.

A mixture of campsites, hostels, and wild camping. Hoping for blue skies but prepared for the usual Atlantic storms.

Turning Steps into Progress

“Every single item in my pack has been carefully measured to ensure I make it to Malin Head safely. This physical struggle is nothing compared to the daily realities faced by those dealing with heart conditions or genetic iron overload. Everything you donate goes completely to Haemochromatosis UK and NI Chest, Heart, and Stroke.”
