I was diagnosed with Hereditary Haemochromatosis this year, and am awaiting treatment. Haemochromatosis UK wants to prevent serious illness and save lives by making iron overload a thing of the past and support families diagnosed with the condition.
It is fair to say that everyone has been impacted by cardiovascular diseases, either personally or through someone they know. Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke’s (NICHS) vision is a healthy Northern Ireland free from chest, heart, and stroke illnesses.
